The Tribunal can summarily reject an application if it finds that it has not been filed in accordance with the prescribed rules or if it is not a fit case for adjudication or trial by it . यदि अधिकरण यह पाता है कि कोई आवेदन विहित नियमों के अनुसार प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है या वह उसके द्वारा न्यायनिर्णयन अथवा विचारण के उपयुक़्त नहीं है तो वह उसे संक्षिप्त विचारण में ही नामंजूर कर सकता है .

Some types of minor offences , such as offences against the Motor Vehicles Act , those relating to weights and measures , petty thefts , offences under the Cattle Trespass Act , etc . are tried summarily and disposed of without an elaborate and lengthy trial . कुछ छोटे अपराधों का जैसे मोटर यान अधिनियम के विरुद्ध किए गए अपराध , छोटी-मोटी चोरियां , पशु अतिचार अधिनियम के अधीन अपराध आदि का संक्षिप्त विचारण होता है और उनका निपटारा विस्तृत और लंबे विचारण के बिना ही कर दिया जाता है .
